While on a family holiday in Hawaii Jeremy was shocked at the damage plastic pollution was having on our oceans and global communities. Unable to ignore the issue, Jeremy began his journey experimenting with new materials to find an alternative to plastic for everyday products. A product we all use in our daily life is phone cases. This is where Pela has started its journey to tackle the problem of plastic. Each Pela phone case is free of BPA, lead, cadmium and phthalates and of course plastic. Pela aims to use their core business values of community, creativity, consciousness, courage to expand their product lines to help us all reduce our plastic footprint.
